Typographical Errors

While we make every effort to ensure the products information and pricing on our website is accurate and current, there may be instances where inaccurate or incomplete data is displayed. In the event item data is incorrect, such as listed with an incorrect price, availability, or with incorrect information, Direct Voltage shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event an item is mispriced, Direct Voltage, at our sole discretion, will do one of the following:


If an item is priced lower than the displayed price, you will be charged the lower amount and we will ship the item.


If an item is priced higher than the stated amount, we will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If we cancel your order after your payment has been processed, we will issue you a full refund.


We reserve the right to correct and/or update the content on our website at any time without notice.

To the fullest extent possible pursuant to the applicable law, Direct Voltage disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to products sold on the Direct Voltage website, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Direct Voltage does not make any representations regarding the validity, accuracy or reliability of, or the results of the use of the materials or products on the site or on any sites linked to this site. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Direct Voltage arising from any product sold on the Direct Voltage website shall be the price of the product ordered. Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, shall Direct Voltage, its’ officers or other representatives be held liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to harm to equipment and/or personal injury or death arising out of the use, or the inability to use a product sold on this site.


Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Direct Voltage reserves the right to limit quantity on any and all products. We may contact you regarding adjustments to your order, including but not limited to tax and shipping. If any adjustments are made to your order you will be informed via an email prior to us billing you. The charges at checkout may not be final, pricing and availability is subject to change without notice. Direct Voltage is a reseller to end user customers and does not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered. Direct Voltage reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.



Website Security

Direct Voltage has a SSL Web Server Certificate with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption. Assuring that all information that is entered is encrypted and cannot be accessed by any outsider. All transactions are 100% secure. In addition our website is hacker safe with daily periodic test to ensure 100% security. Order Processing/ Verification procedures

All orders are processed upon receipt. All items which are in stock normally ship within 1-10 business days from when the order has been processed. Our website may not reflect real-time inventory, so not all “available” products are on hand for immediate rush delivery. Customers placing overnight and rush delivery orders should contact our sales department in order to confirm that we are able to meet your time constraints. Due to verification processes we are required to ship to the address where you receive your monthly credit card statements. If the address to which your order is being shipped differs from your billing address (the address to which your monthly credit card statements are sent), please use the toll free number on the front or back of your card to contact your credit card company and create an “alternate shipping address”, which is simply a note on your account authorizing purchases that are delivered to a destination other than your billing address. Failure to do so may considerably delay the processing of your order.



Payment Policy

Acceptable payment methods are: All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover,) certified check, personal check, bank checks, wire transfer, Bitcoin, Blackcoin, DASH, NXT and Peercoin. Personal checks, Money orders and Bank checks may be held for up to 3 weeks. Orders placed with an international credit card or orders placed with a U.S. credit card being shipped abroad may not be accepted due to verification issues.


In the event that we cannot verify your billing information we may require you to wire transfer payment prior to us shipping the products. At times we may request a fax with a copy of your drivers’ license and front and back of the credit card being used.


Sales Tax/ International orders

Direct Voltage shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the states of Kansas and Texas. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.


International orders may be subject to local import fees, customs, duty, or additional taxes in the country of destination. Direct Voltage is not responsible for, nor can offer any specific advice on import fees, duty, customs, or taxes that you may have to pay when your merchandise arrives. Direct Voltage recommends that you contact your customs import office for more information about potential charges.


Direct Voltage is not responsible for any taxes, duty, customs fees or shipping charges on any item being returned.



Shipping Fees and Policies

Shipping fees are calculated based on multiple different criteria’s’ such as weight, size, insurance, destination, price and shipping method. To calculate your shipping fees, please add your items into your shopping cart, select your shipping method, proceed to checkout and you will be given your shipping fee prior to your order being placed. On orders with more than one main item, you may be subject to additional shipping charges which you would be notified of prior to us billing your credit card. In addition; shipping insurance fees may be imposed on select items. Due to price fluctuation on electronics Direct Voltage cannot always offer price protection on already shipped products.


Direct Voltage will always make every attempt possible to deliver product (s) ordered on time. Direct Voltage is not responsible for any delays that may be caused by affiliated shipping carriers. Direct Voltage bears no responsibility for delays as a result of: Weather storms, Employee Strikes or any other complications Caused on behalf of our affiliated shipping carriers. Return Policy/ Procedure

30 Day return Privilege Policy on all products.


All eligible items must be post marked within the above stated time frame in order for your return to qualify. Please look at the above chart to see the return time frame for your item. Returns received without a valid return number will be documented and shipped back to you.


All returns are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 10% of the total transaction charge. Returns are processed in the order in which they are received. Return processing may take up to 15 business days from the time your return is received.. Returns that require a refund may take an additional 7-10 business days before a credit is applied to your charge card. All returns must include all merchandise or services sold under the same order number and invoice. Please understand these orders are often sold as kit/ packages and we can not resell those items independently. We will therefore not accept partial order returns, regardless of the reason for return, unless specifically authorized by us in writing. Back To Top


How Do I Make a Return?

1) To return an item, you must contact customer service at 1.620.450.4460 or email sales@DirectVoltage.com for prior approval and obtain an RMA number


2) All merchandise purchased from Direct Voltage that is sold in its original factory packaging, with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer/ distributor. Therefore, it can not be returned unless it is in original manufacturers’ packaging, in the same condition in which it was sold, and with all literature/ instructions/ documentation and blank warranty cards.


3) Place the manufacturers’ box into a shipping carton. Please DO NOT place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.


4) RMA numbers are issued by via email.


5) RMA numbers DO NOT guarantee final disposition. All return are subject to inspection


6) Any merchandise returned without prior authorization will be refused. Please ship your return parcel via prepaid freight. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization.


Ship and Insure your return

We strongly recommend that you fully insure the package that you are returning. THIS IS FOR YOUR PROTECTION, in the event that the package is lost or damaged in transit. We suggest that you use a “traceable carrier” that can provide you with proof of delivery. Direct Voltage shall not be responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. Postage, handling and insurance charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by you, the customer, and is non refundable. At our sole discretion Direct Voltage may reimburse shipping charges related to the exchange of defected products.


Inspection Criteria

All items will be inspected and tested upon receipt. Any discrepancies including, but not limited to, the following list will result in a package being returned to you and a credit or a replacement not being issued.


The following criteria will be followed in rejecting returns and refusing credit.


* Products which are improperly packaged

* Products which the original manufacturers’ box was tampered with or had stickers or shipping labels posted on

* Products with any labels removed (UL listing, capacity brand name, UPC code)

* Products with SERIAL NUMBER which does not match SERIAL NUMBER on package or invoice (Direct Voltage maintains Serial Number Tracking)

* Damage : Cracked or damaged components

* Damage: Any dents, Scratches defacement or abuse of base casting

* Damage: Torn Or punctured tape seals



Defective items/ Missing Items

All items sold by Direct Voltage is guaranteed by the manufacturer or Direct Voltage to perform according to the manufactures guidelines. If you have received a defective item Direct Voltage provides for either repair or replacement (at our sole discretion) for the defective item. Please inspect your purchase upon receipt; claims for damaged or missing items must be received within two (2) business days of receipt of the merchandise. Please contact our customer service department at 1.620.450.5738 to file a claim and receive a return authorization number.


Canceling an order

In order to cancel your order you must contact customer service during their hours of operation which are 9am-5pm PST time in order to obtain a confirmation cancellation number. Cancellation requests sent through email or voice mail are not sufficient for canceling an order. Any package shipped out and refused may be subject to a 10% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping charges.


Warranty coverage/ Repairs

All items sold by Direct Voltage are warranted solely by the manufacturer unless otherwise stated. Direct Voltage is not responsible for items serviced by the manufacturer.


Damaged/ Lost/Missing Package

In the event that a package shows delivered and you have not received your package, please contact customer service so that a tracer investigation can be initiated immediately. Once a tracer investigation has been initiated it may take up to 10 business days to complete. In the event that your product is delivered and damaged in transit, make sure to keep the original shipping box so it can be inspected at a later time. Damaged or misplaced items that were shipped via a freight company may take between 30-60 days for claim processing. Prior to shipping; all packages are thoroughly inspected to make sure all contents are included in the box. If you are missing any items from your package it must be reported to Direct Voltage within 2 business days so an investigation can be initiated. Failure to report a missing item within 2 business days will severely hinder any possible investigation.
